6. AI-Generated Content
6.1 Input ownership — You retain all rights you have in your Input. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service for you.
6.2 Output ownership — As between you and us, all rights, title, and interest (if any) in the Output generated for you belong to you, provided you comply with these Terms.
6.3 Risk disclosure — Due to the inherent characteristics of AI, Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or biased. You must independently verify and assume responsibility for any decision or action based on Output.
6.4 No professional advice — Output does not constitute professional advice. For decisions involving the following areas, consult a qualified professional:

- Legal, regulatory, or litigation matters;
- Financial, investment, insurance, credit, or tax matters;
- Education, employment, or housing decisions;

7. Labeling of AI-Generated Content
7.1 We label AI-generated content with visible markings (e.g., "AI-generated" labels or watermarks) and may embed implicit identifiers in the metadata of exported files.

7.3 When you share Output produced by the Service with third parties or on external platforms, you should make clear to the recipients that the content was AI-generated. You are responsible for any consequences arising from failure to do so.
8. Agents
8.1 Configuration — When you create or configure an Agent, you must ensure that its prompts, configuration, connected tools, and data sources are lawful and comply with these Terms (especially Section 5).
8.2 Tool authorization — Agents may invoke third-party services or accounts (such as calendar, email, file storage, third-party APIs) under your authorization. You acknowledge and agree that:
- The Agent will access, read, or write data only within the scope you have authorized;
- You are responsible for evaluating the reasonableness of any authorization you grant;
- You may revoke any authorization at any time from Settings.
8.3 Autonomous execution — Agents may execute multi-step actions on your instruction (e.g., browsing, sending emails, modifying files). You acknowledge and agree that:
- Such actions are performed based on your explicit instructions;
- You are responsible for the results of any autonomous action (including emails sent, files generated, or effects on third-party accounts);
- For irreversible actions (such as sending email, deleting files, or making payments), we may require an additional confirmation.
8.4 Third-party services — Third-party tools or plugins invoked by Agents are operated by their respective providers and governed by their own terms. In the event of a conflict between such third-party terms and these Terms, the third-party terms prevail within the scope of their service.
9. Data Use and Model Improvement
9.1 Default use — To provide the Service, we process your Input, Output, and conversation context for: generating responses, saving your conversation history, security risk control, and statistical analysis.
9.2 Improvement and training (opt-in) — By default, we do not use your conversation content to train our or any third party's models. If you wish to help improve the Service, you may enable Settings → Privacy → Help improve the product. The option is off by default and can be turned off at any time. When enabled, we will only use your Input and Output after de-identification and anonymization.
9.3 Sensitive scopes — no training — For data accessed by Agents from sources such as calendar, email, files, and contacts, we will not use such data for model training without your additional explicit consent.
9.4 Data deletion and export — You may delete conversations and uploaded files at any time via in-app controls, or email us to request a copy of your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
